The
Fanwood-Scotch Plains Service League’s thrift shop (located at 1741
East Second St., Scotch Plains) is gearing up for Mother’s Day.
Beginning Tuesday, May 6 at 10 am
and continuing throughout the week, customers will find reasonably
priced gift items, including floral and candy arrangements, that are
perfect for gift giving to honor Mom on her special day. Women’s
clothing will be on sale at 50% off May 6-10 so come in and treat yourself to some fantastic buys. On Saturday, May 10, prize drawings will be held throughout business hours (10 am to 1 pm) as a special bonus for customers who are present in the store. Additionally, on Saturday, May 10, complimentary goodies will be provided as another way of thanking our cherished customers.
Just in time for the season, The Thrift Shop has a collection of prom/formal wear and wedding gowns. Please call about our inventory.

Fanwood-Scotch Plains Service League is an all-volunteer, non-profit
organization that has served our communities since 1974. Since its
founding, the League has donated $1.1 million for local causes. Anyone
