Police Investigating Human Skull Found On City Street In Union County

 Authorities said this morning they are investigating the discovery of a human skull on a city street, according to nj.com.

Elizabeth police were at the scene Tuesday afternoon at Fulton and Second streets where there was what appeared to be a human skull in the road, according to reports, according to nj.com.
