PURE PILATES TO HOLD A "HEALTHY BONES" WORKSHOP
Learn how to maintain strong, healthy bones through posture, alignment, balance and breathing, core-strength, and full body movements.

Pure Pilates, a boutique studio located in New Providence, NJ, will hold a “Pilates for Healthy Bones” Workshop on Saturday, November 15 at the Pure Pilates studio located at 133 Gales Drive. The workshop will be held from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and presented by Certified PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Pilates Instructor, Maria Sheldon.
The workshop will focus on the importance of maintaining strong, healthy bones with exercise – even if already diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Maria will teach workshop participants the correct posture, alignment, balance and breathing, core-strength, and full body movements.
“Taking care of your body is extremely important, especially later in life when our bones are not as strong. Simple and safe movements and techniques are very beneficial in your day-to-day life that will help to improve your strength and avoid injury,” said Maria Sheldon, Pure Pilates and “Pilates for Healthy Bones Workshop” Instructor.

All are welcome to attend. The cost is $45.00 per person with a 10% discount to current members. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
