Pure Pilates to Hold "Not Your Average Joe Workout Series" for Men

Workout series designed to give men a jumpstart on their health and fitness in the new year.

Pure Pilates, a boutique studio located in New Providence, NJ, is holding a workout series called “Not Your Average Joe” – exclusively designed for men. The workouts will be held at the Pure Pilates studio located at 133 Gales Drive on 4 consecutive Wednesdays starting on January 14 to February 4 at 7:00pm.

Pure Pilates has designed the workout series to give men a jumpstart on their health and fitness in the new year. Whether you are just starting to become motivated to exercise, or have already established a workout schedule but may not be seeing the results you want – this workout series will add more power to your routine.

The series of four 55-minute classes will focus on building total body strength through familiar fitness exercises with a Pilates twist. Pure Pilates instructor, Maria Sheldon, will teach participants how to apply the principles of Pilates to improve form and alignment and transform your workout.
