"Socks of Love" at Saint James the Apostle School
The pre-k 4 class of Saint James the Apostle School poses with their Socks of Love
Recently, Saint James the Apostle School in Springfield held “Kindness Week” - a week filled with random and not so random acts of kindness towards one another and the larger community. One of the highlights involved filling “Socks of Love”. Students in all grades filled white socks with donated small toiletries for distribution through St. Joseph’s Service Center and Trinitas Hospital’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. As a whole, the school filled and donated 232 “Socks of Love”!
