The Elizabeth man who fled a Union County Court Room after he was convicted of sexual assault was captured in the Dominican Republic.

The Elizabeth man who fled a Union County Courtroom after he was convicted of sexual assault was captured in the Dominican Republic by the U.S. Marshall Service and returned to New Jersey this month.
According to nj.com, Nikolaos Katogiritis, 47, was caught on Sept. 17 - just one day before he was scheduled to check-out of his Boca Chica hotel room.
Katogiritis was convicted for exposing and touching himself in front of a teenaged boy at a Hillside public pool in 2012.
