Union County Teen Charged With Attempted Murder For May Shooting

A Roselle Teen has been charged with attempted murder and two weapons charges in connection with a Linden shooting that happened in May of this year.

According to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, the name of the suspect will not be released since he was 17-years-old at the time of the crime.

The shooting took place around 11:15 p.m. on May 31 when the suspect shot at a group of people standing outside of a home on the 800 block of Cleveland Avenue in Linden.

One man was grazed on the forehead by a bullet, but survived.
