• Sussex animal cruelty suspects face judge, and victim named 'Tiny Tim' (northjersey.com) — Stillwater is at the center of a disturbing animal-cruelty case after state troopers found abandoned small dogs there and in nearby Lafayette and Wantage, many without food or water. Two Phillipsburg residents have now appeared in Sussex County court on multiple cruelty charges, while volunteers care for surviving dogs like “Tiny Tim” and press prosecutors to pursue the case vigorously.
