4 Roads Closed In Summit Tuesday Due To Construction Project
The PSE&G project is expected to continue throughout the winter. See impacted roads below:

SUMMIT, NJ — Four roads will be closed in Summit on Tuesday, according to an alert from the city.
The road closures come as a result of a PSE&G project to replace gas pipes throughout the city. Work is expected to be complete by early summer 2023 depending on project progress over the winter.

The following roads will be closed until 5 p.m. on Tuesday:
- Hillcrest Road is closed between Woodland Avenue and Beechwood Road
- Beechwood Road is closed between Hawthorne Place and Euclid Avenue
- Oxbow Lane is closed between Summit Avenue and Wildwood Lane
- Whittredge Road is closed between Hobart Ave and Essex Road
