Summit Locals Arrested On Multiple Charges
Summit locals were arrested on multiple charges including driving while intoxicated, simple assault and criminal mischief: Police Blotter.
SUMMIT, NJ — Summit locals were arrested on multiple charges including driving while intoxicated, simple assault and criminal mischief, according to the Summit Police Blotter.
On March 28: Jennifer L. Searles, 43, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Searles was released with a pending court date.
On March 28: Nikole Bahos, 20, of Summit was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. Bahos was released with a pending court date.

On March 28: Sebastian Castaneda-Bahos, 18, of Summit was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. Castaneda-Bahos was processed and released with a pending court date.
On March 29: Daniel F. Dougherty, 56, of Summit was arrested and charged with simple assault. Dougherty was released with a pending court date.

On March 31: Leonardo Guerrero-Candia, 30, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Guerrero-Candia was processed and released with a pending court date.

On March 13: Aseyefigh K. Papanye, 30, of Brooklyn, New York was arrested and charged with theft of credit cards, fraudulent use of credit cards, theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking, obstruction of the administration of the law, and possession of documents falsely purporting as identification. Papanye was processed and subsequently turned over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.
On March 21: Moses Valenzuela, 24, of Paterson was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon. Valenzuela was processed and released with a pending court date.
On March 27: Sylwia Velsor, 38, of Cedar Grove was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Millburn. Velsor was processed and released with a pending court date.
On March 27 at 6:22 p.m.: A report was taken for a stolen bicycle from the train station. The victim reportedly secured the bicycle to the bike rack at approximately 5:50 a.m. The victim returned at approximately 6 p.m. and discovered both the bicycle and the lock to be missing. The bicycle was described as a men’s full size, Expressway Folding Bicycle, gray/green in color with five gears. Total value of the bicycle was approximately $600.
On March 27 at 7:29 p.m.: A report was taken for a stolen bicycle from the train station. The victim reportedly secured the bicycle to the bike rack at approximately 6:50 a.m. The victim returned at approximately 7 p.m. and discovered both the bicycle and the lock to be missing. The bicycle was described as a men’s full size Giant, 21-speed, black bicycle. Total value of the bicycle was approximately $700.
On March 29: Noreen B. Quigley, 53, of Bordentown Township was arrested and charged with forgery and obtain a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by fraud. Quigley was released with a pending court date.
On March 29: Kristofer J. Baglio, 37, of Stanhope was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Sussex County and Verona. Baglio was processed and turned over to the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 4: Andriy S. Blyednov, 41, of Newark was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Summit. Blyednov was processed and custody was turned over to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 4: Frank Torrone, 62, of Staten Island, New York was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Torrone was processed and provided an upcoming court date.
On April 7: Renee D. Morris, 31, of Englewood, was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Florham Park. Morris was processed, posted bail and released with a pending court date.
On April 9: Jerome T. Pinckney, 29, of Edison was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Summit. Pinckney was processed and transported to the Union County Jail. Custody was turned over to their officers.
On April 9 at 2:57 p.m.: A report was taken for a stolen wallet. The victim reported the incident occurred between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. in February 2018. The victim relayed that the wallet was taken while attending an appointment at Overlook Hospital. The wallet, described as a black bi-fold contained personal documents including a driver’s license, social security card, passport and health insurance card. The value of the wallet was unknown at the time of the report to the victim.
On April 9 at 8:49 p.m.: A report was taken for a theft of a package to a Summit Avenue apartment. The victim reported that the package had been delivered on March 30 at approximately 10:11 a.m.; however the victim never received the items. The victim reported the package contained one pair of Penn State pants, one white Penn State sweatshirt and two pairs of Penn State socks. Total value for the stolen items is approximately $105.
On April 9 at 9:30 p.m.: A report was taken for a theft of a package to a Summit Avenue apartment. The victim reported that the package should have been delivered mid-December, 2017. The items that were reported stolen were a hot belt (neck wrap) and two packages of Kit-Kats. Total value for the stolen items is approximately $50.
