'Armed And Dangerous' Man Wanted By Elizabeth Police

ELIZABETH, NJ — William Valentin is considered "armed and dangerous" and Elizabeth Police are asking for the public's help in locating him.
Valentin is described as a Puerto Rican man. He is 5'05" tall weighs 140-150 pounds and has hazel eyes and black hair. He is currently wanted by the Elizabeth Police Department on outstanding warrants.
"He is to be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS. DO NOT attempt to confront him," Elizabeth Police Department posted.

It is believed that Valentin knows he is wanted and has changes his locations often.
"We would like to get this guy. Your assistance is appreciated and is always helpful," Elizabeth Police Department posted.
