This 50 minute workshop is perfect for you if you are new to barre or just looking for a refresher class. Learn the basic foundation of Barre which includes proper body alignment, movement principles, balance using your core and safety cues (less joint more muscle). Barre is inspired by the following disciplines: Pilates, Ballet (no dance required) and Yoga. This mind-body format is set to upbeat music to strengthen, lengthen and tone in all the right places. So bring your grippy socks or just plain barefoot…. It’s time to shake and burn!!!
