Free Festival In Summit Set For May 3
Dance, music and cultural traditions will bring Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage to life at this free event.
SUMMIT, NJ — summit is set to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a free community festival on Sunday, May 3.
The event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. on the Village Green at 356 Broad St. and will include a variety of performances and cultural demonstrations. Scheduled acts include face changing, Bhangra dance, a Tai Chi demonstration, Korean traditional dance, and a Kung Fu and lion dance performance.
