We would like to take this opportunity to recognize three exceptional individuals who have called R. Seelaus & Co., Inc home for the past 20 years! The growth and success of our company is largely dependent on having strong and capable people as leaders, decision-makers and trusted custodians of the firm’s reputation and to the client’s they serve.
Bernard Garruppo, Partner, Managing Director. Mr. Garruppo was recruited by the firm in 1993 and for the past 20 years has played a central role as a tireless guiding force helping to shape the expansion of the firm and the growth of our institutional and investor client base. We count ourselves extremely fortunate to have attracted Bernard in the first place and for managing to keep him around for 20 years.

Paul Stierhoff, Executive Vice President. Mr. Stierhoff has been serving his client’s financial planning and investment needs for more than 30 years. Fortunately for us, he and has spent the majority of his career with our firm. Paul is exemplary to his profession and his community. In 2003 he earned his Chartered Financial Professional designation to better serve his clients, and personally, he has been a lifelong participant and advocate for many charitable and philanthropic pursuits to better serve his community.

Gary Segal, Vice President. Mr. Segal’s career in financial services spans more than 40 years. He has been a loyal and dedicated professional and over the course of his career has acquired a level of knowledge and understanding of the markets that has earned him a reputation for excellence. Prior to joining the firm, Gary spent 9 years with Summit Bank Corporation as Sales Manager, and since coming on-board in 1993 has been instrumental in building the firm’s retail sales force.
