Their diverse repertoire spans decades of Classic and Alternative Rock, featuring crowd favorites that appeal to music lovers of all ages. Invite your friends and family, and come join us for a beautiful summer evening in the garden!
The Arboretum grounds open at 6 pm for concertgoers to picnic. All Sounds of a Summer Night performances begin promptly at 7 pm.&nbsp; Please bring your own blankets and lawn chairs. Veterans have important stories to tell, and expressing those stories is both instructive for us and healing to them.&nbsp; Nine veterans revealed their hearts and histories to nine Folk Project songwriters, who put those messages to music. The resulting songs will be performed at Troubadour Concerts on Friday, August 28.
They will be joined by Theresa Sareo, Veteran Advocate and Singer/Songwriter, in this consequential evening filled with meaning and healing.
Proceeds will go to benefit veteran healing programs.

The Summit Area Old Guard is a social, educational, and recreational fellowship of active men of retirement age, founded in 1930. We hear presentations most Tuesday mornings in an auditorium in New Providence, and we have many other activities including discussion groups, sports and outdoor groups, and celebrations. Our dues are minimal, and members volunteer for all aspects of the operation. Our motto is "Come for the programs. Stay for the friends." Guests are always welcome to attend and to learn about our organization.
