Join Atlantic Health providers at The Connection for an evidence-based overview of prostate-specific antigen screening and its role for early detection of prostate cancer. We will discuss screening guidelines, risk factors, genetics, shared decision making, interpretation of PSA results and advances of diagnostic tools such as MRI, PSMA PET scans, biomarker testing and genomic testing. We will also address important aspects of men’s sexual health and changes that can occur with aging. Learn how these common concerns may be connected to prostate health and overall wellness, what treatment options are available, and when it’s time to talk with your healthcare provider.
