During the micro-surfacing process, access to driveways will be prohibited until the application is dry. Residents should park on neighboring side streets before 7 a.m.

Micro-surfacing is a cost efficient surface treatment to renew a road surface and extend the life of the pavement. During the process, a layer of asphalt emulsion is blended with finely crushed stone for traction to protect the pavement from moisture penetration and oxidation, according to Summit City.
Emergency vehicles will be provided access to roads during the resurfacing process.
