Create-Your-Own Christmas Ornament In Summit Saturday
Storytime and a craft happening for free at Oak Knoll School.

SUMMIT, NJ – In the spirit of the season and giving back, Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child will open its doors for a free holiday workshop on Dec. 15, 2018, featuring the story of “Mouse’s Christmas Gift” by Mindy Baker.
Following story time, children in pre-K through grade three will create two handmade ornaments - one to bring home for their own tree and another to give to someone in need.
The event is free and open to the public, butpre-registration is required. Registrants are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item that will be delivered to those in need this time of year.

The event is designed to be a kick off of holiday traditions while teaching children the importance of giving back.
The event begins at 9:15 a.m. with check in and the workshop running from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The event will take place at Oak Knoll School’s Bonaventura Hall, located at 83 Ashland Road, Summit, NJ 07901.
