DOG OF THE WEEK - HELP BROCK FIND HIS "FOREVER" HOME

Brock is a 1 year old black Labrador retriever looking for a new "forever" home. He is great with kids and other dogs.

Brock is a gorgeous black Labrador retriever with a cute white patch on his chest. He is about 1 year old and is full grown. While Brock is a little shy to new people he is generally easy going and enjoys playing with other dogs and kids of all ages and sizes. According to Brock’s foster mom Brock has settled into the routine at his foster home nicely with the two kids and my two new canine friends. He enjoys hanging out in the yard together playing fetch, tug and chase. When not playing, Brock likes to rest under the shade of the big tree or in the family room on the dog bed. He sleeps on his dog bed at night. Brock is neutered, up-to-date with his vaccines and micro-chipped.

For more information on Brock or any of the other dogs available through Home for Good Dog Rescue visit the Home for Good website (www.homeforgooddogs.org). If you are considering adopting Brock or one of the other Home for Good dogs, find out more about the application process (www.homeforgooddogs.org/adoption-process) and complete an online application. A pre-approved application is required for all “meet and greets” and adoptions.

Let’s help Brock and his HFG friends find their new “forever” homes!

Volunteering and Fostering Opportunities:

Home for Good Dog Rescue is always looking for volunteers and fosters. The Junior Volunteer program is open to teens, 16 years old and older. To find out more about volunteering or fostering visit the Home for Good website.

At Home for Good, we seek the best treatment for our animals. We provide medical care, training, support and hope. Our dogs are vaccinated and ID micro-chipped. We rescue puppies and dogs that are facing euthanasia. Some require surgery from a specialist to repair broken limbs, while others may need additional rehabilitation time and specific medical care for respiratory illnesses, skin infections, heartworm treatments, and emergency surgeries. Through our adoption services, these loving animals are given a chance at a fulfilled life.
