DOG OF THE WEEK - HELP KATHERINE FIND HER "FOREVER" HOME

Katherine is an 11 month old Labrador Retriever mix. She is spayed, micro-chipped, and up-to- date with her vaccines.

Katherine is an 11 month old Labrador Retriever mix. She is a little shy at first; but once she gets to know you, she is a love bug. Katherine will not want to leave your side. She sits on command, rides great in the car and is a very loyal companion.

Katherine is a big goofy dog who aims to please her owner. She is fully grown at 65 pounds and needs a little more leash training but will be perfect once she is shown some love and patience. Katherine is spayed, micro-chipped, and up-to- date with her vaccines.

For more information on Katherine or any of the other dogs available through Home for Good Dog Rescue visit the Home for Good website (www.homeforgooddogs.org), call (908) 598-8212 or email info@hfgdr.org. About Home for Good Dog Rescue:

Home for Good is a volunteer-based, 501(c) (3) non-profit animal rescue. We are a 100 percent foster based organization with an office in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Our organization is dedicated to rescuing dogs from deplorable conditions in kill shelters, tending to their physical needs and finding them a new loving home where they can thrive.

At Home for Good, we seek the best treatment for our animals. We provide medical care, training, support and hope. Our dogs are vaccinated and ID micro-chipped. We rescue puppies and dogs that are facing euthanasia. Some require surgery from a specialist to repair broken limbs, while others may need additional rehabilitation time and specific medical care for respiratory illnesses, skin infections, heartworm treatments, and emergency surgeries. Through our adoption services, these loving animals are given a chance at a fulfilled life.
