Outdoor spaces will be exposed to the weather conditions year round, with so many fabulous options for indoor/outdoor fabrics and furniture styles; you can still create an environment that is an extension of your home

Fire

In my opinion, an outdoor space would not be complete without a fire pit or fireplace. Not only is this practical for the cool evenings, the crackling fire creates a fun ambiance year round. Let’s not forget kids of all ages love smores!

Water

A water feature is a great addition outdoor space. If your outdoor room is often used as a tranquil spot, then a pond, waterfall or bubbling fountain can only increase the serenity.

Light

Electrical lighting may be necessary at night, but why not add a bit of elegance to your outdoor space with a more natural light source… hurricanes, lanterns and if possible floating candles

Furniture

Once you decide what the vision of your outdoor space will be, furniture pieces and placement will play an important part in the function of the space. Dining table and chairs or benches are common in outdoor spaces. Make the space your own by adding items that are a reflection of you. Relax and enjoy, outdoor dining and entertaining should be fun.

Nature

No outdoor space is complete without lush landscaping. If space is an issue, potted plants can add the foliage as well as a pop of color.
