Dances of Universal Peace: Harmony & Healing in Movement

The Dances of Universal Peace are a powerful, joyous form of interfaith group meditation and prayer. Using sacred phrases and chants, simple music and movements inspired from many spiritual traditions, the dances promote what deeply unites us -- one Source, one Essence.  Participation, not presentation, is the focus.  No musical or dance experience of any kind required.

Sufi Teacher Andre Bernard will lead the Dances.  Andre is a former resident at the Lama Foundation in New Mexico, a student of sacred music and dance for many years, and a Certified Leader of the Dances of Universal Peace.

Feb. 4, Mar. 4 and May 6 at Interweave Summit Center at Calvary Episcopal Church; Apr. 1 at Unitarian Church, Waldron Ave. at Springfield Ave.. Summit.
