The six week (12 sessions) training program will be held for female athletes at Kent Place School. The program is designed to reduce the risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in female athletes of grades 9-12. The program is designed for athletes involved in sports which require quick directional changes, pivoting and jumping, such as field hockey, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, gymnastics and tennis. The program has been designed by Madelynn Clifford, a certified personal trainer and clinic director. For more information visit the web site.
