Romantic Music for Harp and Violin Benefit Concert

The Stardust Music Society of New Jersey proudly presents “Romantic Music for Harp and Violin”, a concert to benefit the Passaic River Coalition.  This evening of world class music will be held on Friday, December 16 at 7:30pm in the St. Teresa of Avila Church, 306 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ.  The concert features internationally acclaimed violinist, Christopher Collins Lee, and renowned harpist, Merynda Adams.

Tickets are $20 if purchased in advanced at the Passaic River Coalition’s website: www.passaicriver.org or by sending a check via mail to Passaic River Coalition, 330 Speedwell Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.  Pre-ordered tickets will be available for pick-up at the door while $25 general admission tickets will be available the evening of the concert.  Student admission is free.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit the Passaic River Coalition.  The Coalition has been very busy this fall after Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee helping homeowners who want to leave the floodway by encouraging towns to support state and federal buyout programs.  The money raised by the concert will help the organization continue working on getting people out of harm’s way and protecting our region’s water resources.
