The hill at Celgene Corporation will challenge Summit’s skateboarders on Saturday, October 15th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the Summit Pal 2nd Annual Downhill Skateboard Derby. The venue is located at Celgene Corporation, 86 Morris Avenue. Events are scheduled in three divisions: Middle School Boys, High School Boys and Girls (All Grades). There will be trophies, prizes, T-Shirts for every competitor, the famous PAL Hot Dog Cart and much more. Entry forms are available at Tito’s Burrito’s, the event’s corporate sponsor. Tito’s Burritos is located at 356 Springfield Avenue, Summit. Safety equipment is required to ride the course. Helmets, kneepads, wristbands and/or gloves are necessary. All entrants must have a signed permission slip from a parent or legal guardian to participate. The hill at Celgene is one great ride and now is the only opportunity to do it! The Summit PAL is excited to offer this event for a second year.
