
TEEN GIRLS FITNESS PROGRAM
Teenage Girls will enjoy a customized work-out routine led by certified fitness trainer Michal Efron. The goal is to teach girls how fun exercise can be and how to incorporate it into their daily routine. The girls exercise while listening to their favorite music and having fun in a non-competitive environment.
The program will focus on a variety of exercises: Athletic training, yoga, group weight training, resistance bands, fitness balls, kick boxing, core workout, Barre fitness workouts, and other fun fitness activities. We will discuss nutrition and fitness basics along with other topics of interest.

Although the program is centered on the physical results, the program ultimately is designed to increase motivation and improve self-esteem. The all-around effect is an equal balance of feeling good mentally, emotionally and physically.
Mondays & Thursdays - 5:30 to 6:30 pm – K2 Performance Studio - $220/16 sessions or $125/8 sessions
