Fiorinos Will Remain Open During Construction

Work expected to be completed in two weeks.

Illir Bitici, manager of Fiorino Ristorante, said the downtown hot spot is open for business despite ongoing renocations.

Work is expected to be completed within two weeks, Bitici said. 

Renovations include work to the lobby of the restaurant and new handicap accessible bathrooms.

"We are proud to be using all high efficiency water fixtures in the three new bathrooms and also high efficiency led lighting technology so we are going green where ever we can," Bitici said.

The work is be completed by General Contractor Emerald Contracting of Berkeley Heights.The architect is Jim Ramenthol, the carpenter is Bob Fish owner of Pittsford Mills in Pittsford, Vt. Eddie Spallone of Spallone Electric in Summit is doing all of the electrical work on the project.
