Jewelry Stolen From Springfield Avenue Home: Police

Items totaling $300 were reported taken on Oct. 30.

SUMMIT, NJ - Mischief night lived up to its name as a resident on Springfield Avenue reported hundreds of dollars in jewelry stolen on Oct. 30, according to police.

The victim reported someone broke into their home and took a 14 karat wedding band, a pair of gold earrings, a glass bracelet, a gold ring with a large pearl inset, a gold ring with a large turquoise stone, and a gold ring with multi-colored stones in the shape of a dome, police said.

The total value that was available at the time of the report was approximately $300, police said.
