Learn How To Turn Bullies Into Buddies In Summit Thursday

All are invited to learn tips on how to combat bullying from Connie Palmer.

SUMMIT, NJ - Parents are being offered the chance to learn how to turn the tide against bullies on Thursday. The Summit Elementary Counseling Department will be kicking off their Parent Speaker Series at 7 p.m. at the Jefferson Elementary School.

Connie Palmer, a social worker, will be providing strategies to help parents learn how to help their children develop grit in social situations by turning potential "Bullies into Buddies."

All are welcome to come to the Jefferson Elementary School gym from 7-8:30 p.m. either with or without children to come together to learn how to feel empowered to problem solve and develop a resilient view of the world.
