Man Charged With Theft Of Services: Summit Police

SUMMIT, NJ - A 47-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested and charged with theft of services on March 17, according to the Summit Police Department.

According to authorities, Christian Moreno was charged with theft of services from a restaurant on Union Place. Theft of services is the legal term for a crime which is committed when a person obtains valuable services by deception, force, threat or other unlawful means.

Moreno was subsequently processed and provided a court date.
