PAL Pet Show on Village Green

Summit, NJ – On June 12, 2016, some of Summit’s finest pets will once again be welcomed to the Village Green for the Annual PAL Pet Show. This free “Best in Show” contest will feature music and entertainment by Summit Soundz, celebrity judges, and prize awards.

Pet owners interested in entering the 2016 contest may register their pets at the registration tent beginning at 11:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rodents, and birds may enter the contest. There is no fee to register.

Celebrity judges will select winners from a variety of pet categories. Winners will be welcomed on stage to receive a special 2016 PAL Pet Show prize ribbon. Throughout the event, pets and their owners will be able to enjoy music and entertainment as well as photo opportunities.

This free event is co-sponsored by the Summit PAL and Summit DCP. In case of rain, the Pet Show will be moved to its scheduled rain date of June 26, 2016.

Water stations will be placed at various locations throughout the Village Green. Pet owners are encouraged to bring additional water as needed. All pets must be kept on leash or within pet carriers at all times.
