Parking Going Away In Summit: See What's Closing
Drivers should take note of the other available options.
SUMMIT, NJ — Employees and residents who park at the Chestnut Street Lot will have to find a new spot in just a few weeks.
On or around Feb. 28, the area will be closed. The City of Summit no longer owns the lot, officials said.
Resident and employee permit holders will be able to relocate to any of the following lots:

- Broad Street Garage
- Elm Street Lot
- Sampson Lot
- Railroad Avenue Lot
- The upper levels of the Tier Garage
- Broad Street East Lot
Only employees will be able to use the Maple Street "K" Lot.
