• At 12:19 a.m. a suspect identified as Giovanni William Cerciello, 30, of La Jolla, Calif., was arrested at River Road for Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana, Maintenance of Lamps and Operation of Motor Vehicle While in Possession of CS

• At 4:59 p.m., police received a report of theft of a Lenovo laptop computer and Java headset valued at $1,400 from a vehicle that was parked in a Middle Avenue residential driveway sometime between 4 p.m. on May 3 and 4 p.m., this date.
