SAGE counselors are available to discuss Medicare plans
Free and confidential help is available for 2020 Medicare Annual Open Enrollment
SUMMIT, NJ – SAGE Eldercare’s SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) counselors are available to discuss Medicare plans and options during Open Enrollment now through December 7. Appointments are available via telephone as well as Zoom presentations every Monday at 2:00 pm, Wednesday at 7:00 pm and Thursday at 10:00 am. If you need assistance with Zoom, email ntiger@sageeldercare.org for assistance.
SAGE Eldercare serves as the SHIP representative for Union County. Staff and volunteers are available for free, personalized, confidential and objective Medicare counseling regarding program options, claims, billing, appeals and information about programs for people with limited income and resources. The counselors receive ongoing training from the Division of Aging Services, New Jersey Department of Human Services.
