SAGE Offers Free Medicare 101 Program on Four Dates
Come have all of your Medicare questions answered

SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) at SAGE will host a free program to discuss Medicare plans and options, and answer questions. Held at SAGE Eldercare, 290 Broad Street, Summit, the Medicare 101 program will take place 12:30 – 1:30 pm on Wednesdays: March 18, April 15, May 20 and June 17.
SAGE Eldercare serves as the SHIP representative for Union County. Staff and volunteers are available for free, personalized, confidential and objective Medicare counseling regarding program options, claims, billing, appeals and information about programs for people with limited income and resources. The counselors receive ongoing training from the Division of Aging Services, New Jersey Department of Human Services.
