Silver Hanger Cleaners Moves Down Springfield

Silver Hanger Cleaners on Springfield Avenue will be changing locations in the coming weeks.

While the official timeframe is still unclear, the dry cleaners will be moving from their current location at 472 Springfield Ave. to 441 Springfield Ave. within two to three weeks, according to Ashwin Premji, the owner.

The business is moving because the building’s owner, Hugo Praltz, has decided to demolish the current structure and sell the lot, according to Premji.

Premji also decided to take the location on 441 Springfield Ave. because it was one of few open locations left on the street.

He assumes that business should not be affected by the plans to move just feet down the road from his current location.
