Spring Meadows Health Fair Features Patient Advocate Among Others

Monday November 7, 2016 - Summit, NJ - In the coming years, staying informed and having the resources at hand will be vital to our aging population, the people that care for them and their loving families. With that in mind, Spring Meadows Assisted Living is holding their annual Health Fair at their Summit, NJ location. Scheduled for Wednesday, November 16th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, the fair is aimed at patients, caregivers and family members, reaching out to educate attendees on the many concerns about health care.

One of the premier presenters is Jackie O’Doherty of Health Care Connect, a patient advocacy and geriatric care management organization. With her expertise in maneuvering through the intricacies of patient care management, she can be a voice for the patient. Patient advocates also provide peace of mind for family members that cannot devote the time and presence to help care for their loved one.
