Step up to Health: Community Health Fair @ Summit Library

The Summit Free Public Library, in partnership with Overlook Medical Center, will be hosting a Community Health Fair from 1:30-4:30pm. With a focus on wellness, the fair will have activities for all ages, including children and teens. Healthcare professionals from Overlook Medical Center will be providing free blood pressure and glucose screenings as well as staffing information tables and offering information and guidance on: diabetes, heart health, stroke, breast health, cancer care, nutrition, exercise, older adult programs for new vitality, and more. Dr. Christina Johnson, a physician from Overlook Family Medicine, will hold an interactive presentation on Breast Health from 2-3pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask Dr. Johnson questions in a relaxed and supportive environment. The program is free and all are welcome to attend.
