Summer Concert Series Continues with Brian Kirk and the Jirks

The Hot Summer Nights Concert Series, presented by Investors Savings Bank, will continue next Tuesday, July 29th at 7 PM on Summit’s Village Green with a performance by Brian Kirk and the Jirks.     

The popular East Coast band boasts a career spanning almost two decades.  Voted # 1 band in the reader’s poll of the Asbury Park Press, Brian Kirk and the Jirks has the ability to play a diverse repertoire of songs across various genres, including jazz, rock, hip hop and funk.

Over the years, the band has acquired a number of notable accomplishments including performances with Bruce Springsteen, Good Day New York, MTV, VH-1, and TLC to name just a few.  Lead singer, Brian Kirk often interacts with the audience in an effort to “pull them into the show,” at times even taking audience requests.

Concert-goers are encouraged to arrive early to save a spot on the Green.  As always, the Pizza Vita food truck will be preparing personal Neapolitan-style pies for concert-goers throughout the night.
