Summit Man Charged With Criminal Mischief: Police

SUMMIT, NJ - A 21-year-old Summit man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief on Feb. 15, according to the Summit Police Department.

According to authorities, Johnny A. Roman was processed and released with a pending court date.

According to statute, criminal mischief is when someone purposely or knowingly damages tangible property of another or damages tangible property of another recklessly or negligently.
