COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Ages 5+ at Summit High School

Summit Public Schools is partnering with Union County to provide an open COVID-19 vaccination site for children ages 5 and up at Summit High School this Saturday, November 13th from 3pm to 5pm.

While registration is not required, it is recommended. Please contact the Union County call center at 908-613-7829 or visit www.ucnj.org/vax to make an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome!
