Franklin Students, Families Donate Items to GRACE's Pantry

Thank you, Franklin students and families, for your generosity for this year's Turkey Trot!

In a one-day donation period, Franklin School collected over 2,380 items of food - many with multiple items contained in the package i.e. 6 cans of tuna, 4 hand soaps, etc. All items were donated to GRACE - Giving and Receiving Assistance for our Community's Essentials.Every year, Physical Education Teacher Laura Burr coordinates the efforts for the Turkey Trot. The grade level with the highest amount of donations gets an extra PE class. Well done, Franklin students and families!
