Summit Resident Wins Shop Summit Passport Grand Prize
Alicia Broughel is $500 richer, thanks to the contest win.

SUMMIT, NJ - Resident Alicia Broughel has $500 more to spend this holiday season as they is the Summit Downtown, Inc. (SDI) Grand Prize winner of the Shop Summit Passport program.
Broughel won a $500 Summit Gift Card to spend at over 100 participating Summit businesses. Broughel said she’s excited to spend it doing some Christmas shopping. Ten other individuals each won $100 Summit Gift Cards as well.
The Shop Summit Passport program ran from Small Business Saturday through Celebrate in Summit on Friday, Nov. 30. Entrants had to visit eight different downtown Summit businesses to have their passports stamped. The winners were drawn at 8 p.m. during Celebrate in Summit.

Those who didn't win can still get their own Summit Gift Card. Gift cards can be purchased online here or in person at SDI’s office at 18 Bank Street, Suite 108, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Summit Gift Cards will also be sold during Carriages & Carolers from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sat. Dec. 22. Gift cards will be available at Lyric Park, the boarding location for the free horse & carriage rides, located at the corner of Bank Street and Beechwood Road. Enjoy carolers, a free horse and carriage ride, and finish up your holiday shopping!
