Summit Students Score Big In Tournament of Champions

SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit Speech and Debate Team sent seven students to the Tournament of Champions for Speech and Debate in Kentucky and two came back as semi-finalists and one a finalist.

In order to qualify for this tournament, students had to final at two national tournaments this year. Summit brought three speech competitors, Ethan Zucker semi-finaling in Original Oratory, Lissette Green semi-finaling in Humorous Interpretation and Caroline Abut finaled and received 6th place in Dramatic Interpretation.
