Many roads remain closed and impassable due to trees or wires across the roadway in Summit Thursday morning following the snowstorm.​

SUMMIT, NJ — Many roads remain closed and impassable due to trees or wires across the roadway in Summit Thursday morning following the snowstorm.

"Please use caution when traveling as many streets are still impassable due to fallen trees and downed wires," the city stated.

Here is a list of roads closed as of 1 p.m. Thursday, according to Summit:

  • Beekman Road - Beekman Place (from east to west)
  • Glen Oaks Avenue - Colony to Crestwood
  • Blackburn Road - Oak Knoll Road to Pinegrove Avenue
  • Blackburn Place - entire length
  • Baltusrol Road - at Ascot Way (tree across road)
  • Primrose Place - entire length
  • Larned Road - Ashland Road to Prospect Street
  • Woodmere Drive - entire length
