Woman Wanted For Shoplifting At Summit Business
Multiple thefts and shopliftings were reported in Summit, according to the police blotter.

SUMMIT, NJ — A woman is wanted for shoplifting at a Summit business, according to the police blotter.
On May 18 at 4:15 p.m., a Springfield Avenue business reported a theft at around 10:31 a.m. when a white woman entered the business and removed a blue Ramy Brook Blouse from a rack.
The woman then entered the dressing room with the blouse and when she got out purchased several other items, not including the blouse, police report.

The total value of the blouse was approximately $345.
The suspect was described as a white woman, with dark hair, wearing a dark long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and possibly Ugg boots, Summit Police report.

On May 15: Sean M. Reidy, 52, of Summit was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Summit. Reidy was able to post bail and released with a pending court date.
On May 19: Tyniesha J. Edwards, 28, of Newark was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Newark. Edwards was processed and released with a pending court date.
On May 20 at 8:32 p.m.: A report was taken for a theft of a Dell Chromebook Laptop from the Summit Middle School. The theft occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. on May 15. The victim described the laptop as black in color with numerous stickers on the cover. The approximate value of the laptop was $225.
On May 21 at 12:57 a.m.: A report was taken for a theft from a business on Springfield Avenue. The victim reported the incident occurred between 11 p.m. on May 20 and 12:30 a.m. on May 21. Taken from the business was a large white lion statue. According to the victim, the approximate value of the statue was $500.
On May 22: Stephanie Weinstein, 50, of Short Hills was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Weinstein was processed and released with a pending court date.
On May 22 at 11:52 p.m.: A report was taken for stolen medication from Overlook Hospital. The victim reported the incident occurred between 7 and 11:52 p.m. Taken from a pocketbook that was left at a nurses station was one albuterol inhaler. The approximate value of the medication was $50.
On May 23: David M. Jones, 50, of Jersey City was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Summit and was also charged with harassment. Jones was processed and subsequently transported to the Union County Jail where custody was turned over to their officers.
On May 25: Andres N. Figueroa-Gonzalez, 28, of Holyoke, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and use of paraphernalia. Figueroa-Gonzalez was processed and released with a pending court date.
