Yoga & Meditation at Reeves-Reed Arboretum

Reeves-Reed Arboretum has teamed up once again with The American Yoga Academy for another enlivening and rejuvenating Yoga and Mediation Session on the beautiful and peaceful Arboretum Grounds in Summit, New Jersey. Claire Diab, founder of The American Yoga Academy, an internationally renowned yoga therapist, health and wellness expert, fitness specialist and inspirational speaker with over 25 years of experience, will lead the powerful Sun Salutation Flow designed for all. Come rejuvenate, revitalize and restore your mind, body and spirit on Monday, June 20, 7pm. $20 donation; event is weather dependent; no advance registration required.
