• Sussex man charged with vehicular homicide in Franklin crash (northjersey.com) — A man from Sussex has been charged with vehicular homicide after a June crash in nearby Franklin Borough that killed a woman and seriously injured two others at Route 23 and Mabie Street. Following a joint investigation by Franklin police, the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office and State Police, he now faces second-degree homicide and assault-by-auto charges, with a court appearance pending in Sussex County Superior Court.
