21-Year-Old Teaneck Man Dies In Englewood Crash Saturday, Sheriff Says
Man was ejected from the Acura Integra he was driving after it hit the center divider on Route 4, Bergen County Sheriff's Office said.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ - A 21-year-old Teaneck man was killed early Saturday morning when he was ejected from the car he was driving and the hit center divider on Route 4 West, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office said.
The accident occurred at approximately 3:12 a.m. Saturday morning, Anthony Cureton, a spokesman with the sheriff’s office, said in a statement. A red Acura Integra was traveling west on Route 4 when it hit the center divider just west of Grand Avenue, Cureton said.
The driver, whose name was not released, was thrown from the car and struck by a passing vehicle, Cureton said. The driver of that vehicle may not have known he or she struck the man.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Cureton said. A passenger in the car was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center with minor injuries, Cureton said.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the crash.
