Authorities Looking For Information On Hit-And-Run Thursday
Police found a man with serious injuries lying in a Hackensack street Thursday night.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Authorities are looking for the driver in a hit-and-run crash after a man was seriously injured in Hackensack Thursday.
Hackensack police received a report at 7:11 p.m. that a pedestrian was hit by a motor vehicle at Polifly Road and Lodi Street, said Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal.
The vehicle fled the scene south and possible onto Route 80 East. Police found the man lying in the roadway and he was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment, Grewal said.

The vehicle is thought to have been a light-colored 1992 to 1999 Buick LeSabre, Pontiac Bonneville or Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight with possible damage to the front bumper, hood and windshield, Grewal said.
